GET FUNDED: SBIR grant MASTERCLASS

Secure SBIR and STTR Funding for your Tech Business

Led by

GET DC

Positioning your tech business for SBIR Funding

In partnership with Amanda Faye Consulting, Inc. (AFC), GET Cities is delivering a FREE 4-part Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBTT) grant writing workshop for marginalized entrepreneurs seeking funding. The workshop will prepare participants on

  • how to apply
  • where to find opportunities
  • how to stay organized and competitive when positioning and seeking SBIR funding

SBIR grants are an excellent source of non-dilutive funding (you keep your equity) but can be exceptionally challenging to complete. In this four-part workshop series, presenter Amanda Faye Lipsey will introduce you to the SBIR program, how SBIR priorities shift from agency to agency, how to tell if your organization is SBIR-ready, the components of a standard SBIR grant application, and the important things-to-know about each component.

This SBIR Grant Proposal 4-Part Masterclass will take you through the application process from start to finish and give you the opportunity to ask direct questions from SBIR experts.
